I am upset to find my fall box to be half empty even my husband thought it was and I received the summer box full of lovely things and quite satisfied with it how do I contact someone from fff to let them know I am quite dissatisfied with my fall box

After “really sick so” it was supposed to be a fingers crossed emoji and not a bunch of question marks lol. So fingers crossed I’m not missing anything lol!!

I surprisingly received my flat iron that I picked. I had a huge problem with my last box, the summer 2019 box, I was missing like 4 or 5 things I had chosen and add ons that I purchased as well...so I called fff customer care and they took care of me and made sure that I got my missing items and because I was missing so much they even gave me add on credit for the fall add ons. The customer care team at fff were so great. You guys might want to try that! Hope that helps for the people who didn’t get what they were supposed to, that really sucks...I know! I need to check this box and make sure I’m not missing any items since I was missing so much last time but I’ve been really sick so ????????I’m not missing anything again. But I was a little disappointed in my box this time. I loved a couple of things in it like my flat iron but the rest just seemed like a box was thrown together in a hurry with random small items. So hoping the next box is better!!

Omgosh same thing happened to me with the iron. I picked it and they said I put surprise me to lol must not read them or they figure you'll just settle. I'm canceling also after this month if it's not what I expect of it. Theres a bunch more of these almost like fff. I might try them out if not keeping my interest. Sorry fff

I got my box I didn’t get the hair straightener are them lunch pill that was my pics but they said I put surprise me and I would not do that because I pacifically wanted those items I was very disappointed in my box this month I get the yearly prescription but I don’t know if I’m going to keep it after this I was very very disappointed and that was it to things that I really wanted and I didn’t get either one I hope everyone else has better luck

I keep getting repeated items in every box, don’t think will do another year

I know I selected a hair straightener in my box also. I did not receive one. I also received items that I didn’t even select my box was not what I selected and I was on the website the first hour it was available to select

I KNOW I SELECTED THE FLAT IRON IN MY FALL BOX ,BUT I DID NOT RECIEVE IT.

Just wondering .....that I keep seeing boxes with the hair straightener, jewellery . I don’t understand why I don’t Get those in my box.
