How to Use:
- If applying under foundation, apply directly onto cheeks and blend with a brush
- If using over foundation, apply the blush to a clean brush using the applicator, then apply to the cheeks and blend out. Don’t forget that a little goes a long way, so gradually apply more to build the color.
