Ever since the theme of the 2019 Met Gala was announced – Camp: Notes on Fashion – everyone’s been anticipating the outlandish red carpet looks to come. Inspired by Susan Sontag’s 1964 essay Notes on “Camp,” the annual fundraising event basically granted the biggest names in fashion, film, music, and art the freedom to put on their most over-the-top red carpet looks yet. Simply put, the night did not disappoint.
