Who else loves veggies in their cocktails? We certainly do! Adding veggies to our cocktails justifies having a drink or two because it’s that much healthier…#amirite?!
If we can get our veggie intake at the same time as happy hour, we’re all for it! So when we heard Tony’s Pizza Napoletana whipped up a refreshing beets cocktail, we had to learn more. It has the perfect ratio of beets to booze and includes fresh lime, serrano infused beet juice, and tequila!
Not only will this cocktail give you a good buzz, it’ll also give you a good dose of vitamin C. So sit back and sip up because this is one healthy and strong libation!

Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces Partida blanco
1 ounce Serrano infused beet juice
3/4 ounce fresh lime
1/2 ounce agave
1 ounce ginger beer
Mint for garnish
Directions
1. Add tequila and juices into a shaker, pour into a collins glass and top with ginger beer, add ice last and garnish with mint.
