Model, Ashley Graham, now has her own Barbie and it’s an exact replica of her — curves and all.

Part of Mattel’s “Shero” collection, which includes Barbie versions of other influential women like Gabby Douglas and Misty Copeland, Graham is enthused about the release of her Barbie as it showcases a body type that hasn’t been represented as much in mainstream media.

“It’s really exciting that Barbie, who is an iconic figure in America, is now evolving into what we’re actually talking about today,” Graham told Fashionista.

Thighs touching, round hips, arms and tummy!! Thank you @Mattel and @Barbie for immortalizing me into plastic! ??? #beautybeyondsize

Graham also made sure a thigh gap wasn’t a feature on her Barbie.

“She had to have her thighs touch. No ands, ifs, or buts about it. And I asked for cellulite but obviously plastic and cellulite don’t go hand in hand,” Graham told The Hollywood Reporter. “It was important that the Barbie resembled me as much as possible. The thighs touching was one way to show young girls that it’s okay for your thighs to touch, despite society saying that a ‘thigh gap’ is more beautiful.”

Though her life-like replica is definitely breaking some sociatal norms, Graham emphasizes the importance of young girls having role models like Barbie that look like them.
