In 2020 just before the start of the pandemic he was diagnosed with Diffuse Large B cell Lymphoma. While the world turned its focus to health, and while running a business dedicated to happiness and well-being, it became clearer than ever to Dan that health and wellness does indeed equal happiness.
Now, for the first time, Dan is opening up about his diagnosis and treatment and the impact it had on his mental health on the Almost Adulting with Violet Benson podcast. Here’s a taste of what he had to say:

In the episode Dan shares his story about his battle against cancer, how he landed in the ER and later found out about his condition, the inner turmoil he had to go through amidst a flourishing business, and the importance of a good support system that helped him throughout his journey.
