Founder’s Chat: Jennifer Zeuner

I watched the video with Katie and Jennifer. First, Katie needs to reconsider her wardrobe choices if she is going to be on camera. I thought she looked frumpy and unpolished. I appreciate the video is meant to be informal and casual, but I was embarrassed for her. Her style is not representative of the brand. Second, the camera operators and the director need to be mindful of the direction in which Katie is speaking. Often she was looking forward while the camera was filming from a side angle. I understand we are in the age of a social media revolution. Companies clamor to take full advantage of each medium, in an effort to reach as many potential customers as possible. But...If the presentation/ message comes across as amateur or hokey, you run the risk of alienating customers. Unlike the website, the videos are cringeworthy. I hope more time and money are invested into this project.
