Apply a small amount and massage gently into the scalp. Covering your hair with a shower cap or towel is recommended for long hair. Leave in for a minimum of five minutes, longer for best results (up to an hour). Shampoo and rinse. Apply once a week for healthy, strong hair with lots of shine.
