With clean hands, fold Saalt Cup into one of three folds; C- Fold, Punch-Down, or 7-Fold. Insert into the vagina at an angle towards the tailbone. Let the cup open and rotate it slightly, creating a light seal. Run a finger around the outside of the lower middle of the cup to ensure there are no folds. To remove, break the seal by pinching the base of the cup. Wiggle the cup from side to side and gently pull out. Keep it upright to avoid spillage.

Cleaning: During your cycle, wash Saalt Cup with cold water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly. After your cycle, boil 4-5 minutes to sanitize.
