Ready to Succeed (RTS), is changing these ratios every day, one student at a time. <br><br>RTS empowers first-generation and foster youth college students to graduate, launch successful careers, and reach their full potential. RTS Scholars access a unique combination of personalized college and career coaching, connections to industry professionals, placements in paid internships, and financial and mental health resources. As a result of the RTS program Scholars graduate from college at a rate 10 times greater than foster youth nationwide and are far more likely to secure full-time employment. For them, what was once unimaginable becomes a reality.
