Grind coffee to a medium-coarse consistency. For 1 cup, use 20 g (about 4 tbsp); for 2 cups, use 30 g (about 5 tbsp). Pour the grounds directly into the glass dripper. Pour hot water (210°F) through the diffuser lid until the grounds are saturated, and allow them to bloom for 45 seconds. Continue pouring water through the diffuser lid until the water level reaches the handle connection. Allow the water to fully drip through the grounds. Place the dripper back on the base and enjoy!
