Fill the water tank with clean, distilled or filtered water (avoid using tap water). Plug in the unit and power on. Wait a few seconds for steam to begin. Sit 8-12 inches away from the nozzle. Steam your face for 8-12 minutes. Follow up with your favorite mask, serum, or moisturizer for maximum absorption. Use 2-3 times per week for best results.
