Read the open manual before you use the device. Prepare the device: Insert 2 AA batteries (check polarity). Ensure its powered off before inserting batteries. Clean your neck area Wipe dry. If it uses electrode pulses, some users lightly moisten the skin or use a bit of conductive gel or spray. Position the massager. Wrap it around your neck so that the three electrode nodes / contact points touch the back/sides of your neck comfortably. Make sure it's stable and seated well. Turn it on / set initial mode: Press the Power button. The device will usually start at the lowest intensity or a default mode. Cycle through modes Use the Mode button to switch among the 6 massage modes. Adjust intensity: Use the "+" or Intensity controls to increase or decrease strength. Begin at low intensity and increase gradually.
