Before first use, completely clean all detachable components that will contact food/juice. Always unplug the unit before assembling, disassembling or cleaning. After use, clean immediately — juice residue can stick and stain.

Do not immerse the motor body/main unit in water or any liquid. Wipe it with a damp cloth. The detachable parts (auger, screen, feed chute, pulp container, etc.) can be washed — but do not subject them to hot water above 176 °F (80 °C), and do not put in microwave or dishwasher if the manual cautions. Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaners or corrosive liquids (e.g., petrol, acetone) on the machine or parts. Because the juicer may stain (especially when juicing deeply-coloured produce), note that discolouration of detachable parts is normal and does not affect performance.
