Apply on clean, dry skin. No oils or moisturizers. If you have oily skin, use some astringent on the area before application. Put your garment on that you're styling and fasten any straps or ties so it is sitting as tightly as your intend to wear it. Take your Double Up insert and stick to the inside of your clothing first, not your breast. Scoop your breast into place on the insert to create the desired cleavage, and then press firmly onto your skin to secure in place. Repeat on the other side. Using a mirror, make sure both sides are placed evenly and adjust as necessary. Press firmly for a few seconds to secure the adhesive.
