Massage a scoop of coconut body scrub onto dry skin for an intense exfoliation or onto damp skin for a more gentle exfoliation. Scrub in circular motions. Let sit for a minute or two for maximum hydration. Rinse off thoroughly. Repeat two to three times a week.
