Wipe with a mild detergent after use, once dry. Machine washable in cold water with a mild detergent. Do NOT tumble dry and Do NOT soak in oxygen-based bleaches. Hang outside in the shade to dry. Store away from sunlight. This mat is not reversible.

I got this mat because my cats scratch my other mat. So one star for them not scratching this one but there is no tackyness to the material so my hands and feet slip. Probably better for hot/sweaty yoga which I don't personally do.
