Perfecting Nail Veil #4: Apply 1-2 coats directly onto clean nails; no base coat or top coat is needed. High Gloss Top Coat: Apply a thin, even layer over any lakur. For best results, apply top coat daily or re-apply at first signs of wear to extend the life of manicure or pedicure.
