Start with clean nails. Apply one thin, even coat of Nail Hardener & Base Coat to bare nails. Let dry, then follow with 1-2 coats of Cheerio. Once lakur is completely dry, finish with one coat of Protective Top Coat. For best results, reapply top coat every 3-4 days to help lock in color and extend wear time.
