Swirl brush to load up glitter polish, then apply to nails with dabbing motions starting at the base and moving towards the tip. Press to spread out confetti placement as desired. Let dry and follow with a second coat if desired. For best results, apply 1-2 coats of any kur top coat for a super smooth, gel-like finish.
