Thoroughly wash and dry your hands and face, ensuring you remove any makeup or dirt. Make sure the Oculax is fully charged and powered OFF. Sit in a chair or sit upright in bed. Put the Oculax on your head with the massager positioned over your eyes and the elastic strap behind your head. The Power button should be on your right. Use the buckle to adjust the head strap so that the device fits snugly but is not uncomfortably tight. Remove the Oculax from your head.
