Before first use, charge your SONA 3 Cruise for 2 hours. Press the (+) or (-) button to turn the device on. Press the (+) button to cycle through the 10 modes. Use the (+) and (-) buttons to increase or decrease the intensity. To turn off the device, press and hold the (+) button, or press the (+) and (-) buttons simultaneously to turn it off and activate the lock.
