Carefully remove cap from the bottle. Place the reeds into the bottle. The more reeds you use, the stronger the scent will be. Allow the reeds to sit in the oil for a few hours to absorb the fragrance. After the initial soaking period, remove the reeds and flip them over so that the saturated ends are exposed to the air, allowing the scent to start diffusing. Spread the reeds out to allow for better air circulation and scent distribution. Place the diffuser in an area with good air movement, such as near a fan or an open window, but out of reach of children and pets. To refresh the fragrance, flip the reeds periodically—a few days to once a week. You'll notice that the oil level in the bottle will gradually decrease as the reeds absorb and release the scent into the air.
