1. Preheat the pan on the stovetop, oven, or grill. 2. Place meat, vegetables, or other food directly on the ridged surface. 3. Use the silicone grip when handling the hot handle. 4. Place the hot pan on the wood trivet when serving.

Hand wash the cast iron pan with hot water and avoid soap when possible. Dry thoroughly and lightly oil after each use. Hand wash the wood trivet and dry immediately; do not soak. Wipe the silicone grip with warm, soapy water.
