Rub the 14oz turkey brine evenly over the entire surface of the turkey. Cover the turkey with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for at least 12 hours, or preferably 24 hours. After brining, remove the turkey from the refrigerator. Rinse it thoroughly under cold water, and pat it completely dry with paper towels. Enjoy!
