To apply, Peel off the plastic top sheet, place the tattoo face down on skin, and place a damp cloth/ sponge on back side of tattoo paper until it is completely soaked through with water. Press and hold for 10-20 seconds, then gently peel off paper to reveal your INKED! Remove with: Rubbing alcohol, hand sanitizer, or baby oil.
