To apply: Make sure your surface is clean and completely dry. Cut out the tattoo from the sheet, peel off the plastic cover, place face down, and soak the tattoo paper with water. Press and hold for 10 seconds, then gently peel off the paper to reveal your inked! To seal on your nail, apply 2 layers of clear top coat over the entire nail remove from the skin with rubbing alcohol or baby oil remove tattoos from nails with nail polish remover.
