Cut out your fave INKED design. Peel off the plastic top sheet, place and press the nail art tattoo face down, and wet the tattoo paper with water until it is completely soaked through. Press and hold down in place for a few seconds, then gently peel up paper to reveal your INKED! Apply two thick layers of clear top coat to seal your nail. Your INKED will last as long as your top coat. Wear on bare nails, with polish, gel or over press-on faux nails for a salon quality look.
