Make sure your surface is clean and completely dry. Cut out the tattoo from sheet, peel off plastic cover, place face down, and soak tattoo paper with water. Press and hold for 10 seconds, then gently peel off paper to reveal your INKED! To seal on your nail, apply 2 Layers of clear top coat over entire nail. Remove from skin with rubbing alcohol or baby oil. Remove tattoo from nails with nail polish remover.
