The quick-dry formula sets within seconds, so work on one eye before moving on to the other. Start with a Swipe. For a sheer wash of color, apply a small amount to your lid with the doe-foot wand, a little goes a long way. Pat to Blend. Blend with your finger using a gentle patting or tapping motion. For a deeper dose of color, let your first layer dry completely. Apply another thin layer on top and gently blend.
