1. Before application, cleanse and dry the area. Place the glow in the dark patches under light for at least 60 seconds to activate glow. 2. Remove the patch from the protective film. 3. Apply directly over the area and gently press down. 4. Leave for 6 to 8 hours. 5. Replace as needed. Safe for daily use.
