Squeeze a pea sized amount onto the back of the hand, fingertips, or directly onto a brush. Gently pat over the lid using a finger or use a dense shadow brush to swipe over lids, beginning at the center and blending outwards. Add additional layers to deepen color or blend multiple colors together to create desired look. Paint It Up has 20-30 seconds of play time to build, layer, and blend before setting into place.
