Peel open the foil packet and carefully remove the strips with dry hands, peeling them away from the backing film. Apply the strips onto your teeth with the sticky gel side facing your teeth. Align the edges with your gum line and press gently to secure. Wait for 30-45 minutes when using the Professional treatment and 60 minutes for the Express treatment. Discard the strips and rinse your mouth thoroughly to remove any residue.
