14 strips (2 strips per day for 7 days)

Tear open foil packet. Remove strips with dry hands and peel away from backing film. Looking into the mirror, stretch the whitening strips, and then apply them with the sticky gel side against your teeth. Line them up with edge of gumline and apply gentle pressure to mold the strip securely to the teeth. Product is designed to be used for 60 min. Leave in place for at least 30 min for easier removal. For optimal experience, leave in place for 60 min.
