Open the foil packet and carefully remove the strips with dry hands, peeling them away from the backing film. Fit the strips onto your teeth with the sticky gel side facing your teeth. Align the edges with your gum line and press gently to secure. If you’re using the express treatment, leave the strips on for 60 minutes. For the professional treatment, keep them on for 30 to 45 minutes. After removing the strips, discard them and rinse your mouth thoroughly to remove any residue. Enjoy your brighter smile!
