Prep: File nails, push back cuticles with cuticle stick, and sanitize nails with alcohol pad. Glue: Apply an even layer of glue to natural nails and back of Glamnetic nails. Press: Align with cuticle line and apply at a downward angle, then press down firmly for 10-20 seconds.

There was barely any with patterns that fit my nails, so most of the sizes that fit were plain.
