Then apply FAQ P1 primer or your favorite conductive primer to your skin, distributing it evenly across all areas you wish to treat. Press and hold the universal button for 3 seconds to turn on your device. To turn radio frequency on/off, press the RF button on the device. The indicator lights underneath the universal button indicate the Power-RF intensity. You can adjust the intensity as desired by using the + and - buttons. Each time you press the LED button, the LED-Pulse light will change to a different color. Pressing the LED button once more will turn the LED light off. Lightly press the base of your device to your face, so that all five gold plates are in contact with your skin. Slowly glide the device in tight circular motions and/or straight lines across each facial area for 1 minute per treatment area. Press and hold the universal button for 3 seconds to turn off your device. Then gently massage any remaining primer into your skin or rinse off.
