To completely sanitize your disc in between periods, boil it for 10 minutes on the stove (do not allow your disc to come in contact with the sides or bottom of the pot). STEP 2: GET READY TO INSERT Take a breath and relax! Get into a comfortable position you can try sitting on the toilet, squatting with your legs open, or standing with one leg up. STEP 3: INSERT THE DISC Insert the pinched disc (notch side first) down and back towards your tailbone as far back as it will comfortably go. Then, tuck the front rim of the disc up behind your pubic bone. STEP 4: 12-HOUR WEAR Experience freedom. Do everything you love to do when you're not on your period swim, sleep, squat, study, or summit. Heavy flow, No problem. Flex Discs can self-empty when you pee. This means you'll never have to walk around with a full disc all day. After you pee or poo, use a clean finger to simply tuck the disc back into place and you're set for the remainder of your 12-hour wear.
