STEP 1: PINCH YOUR DISC First, wash your hands. Pinch the disc in half (it may look big, but once pinched it's about the size of a tampon). STEP 2: GET READY TO INSERT Take a breath and relax! Get into a comfortable position you can try sitting on the toilet, squatting with your legs open, or standing with one leg up. STEP 3: INSERT THE DISC Insert the pinched disc down and back towards your tailbone as far back as it will comfortably go. Then, tuck the front rim of the disc up behind your pubic bone. STEP 4: 12-HOUR WEAR Experience freedom. Do everything you love to do when you're not on your period swim, sleep, squat, study, or summit. Heavy flow, No problem. Flex Discs can self-empty when you pee. This means you'll never have to walk around with a full disc all day.
