Clippers: Soak nails in warm water. Clip nails into the desired shape by starting at the corners and clipping toward the center. Next, clip center to finish the shape. Nail File: Always file nails when dry for smooth edges. File from corner of nail toward center, in one direction only. Scissors: Soak nails in warm water. Face scissor point away from skin to trim facial hair and cuticles. Turn contoured blade toward hands to neatly shape nails following the natural curve. Tweezer: Start by opening pores using a warm washcloth. Hold the tweezers using your thumb and index fingers near the middle of the tweezer. Grab the unwanted hair with the tweezer tips and squeeze down on the body of the tweezer, pulling in the direction of hair growth. Cuticle Pusher: Soak cuticles in warm water. Push cuticle back into a square shape with the round end of the cuticle pusher. The pointed end may be used to clean under the nail edge. Cuticle Fork: Use the flat end to gently push back cuticles and then use sharp blades to easily and thoroughly remove cuticles.
