Your Shopping Credit will be added to your account once Customization closes and prior to billing, so we can apply the credit to your Fall Box order, if applicable. Any unused credit will be available on your My Account page until the end of the Fall '26 season. This credit is promotional in nature and not tied to a specific amount of your original purchase price and therefore does not account for tax previously paid or to be paid upon use of the credit.

Shopping Credit typically expires 6 months after it has been added to your account and will be applied before tax. In some cases, Shopping Credit may expire sooner or later than the standard 6-month period. Shopping Credit can be applied toward Add-Ons, Edit Sales, Flash Sales, Shop orders (excluding gift card purchases), Additional Choice purchases, or Additional Subscriptions*. Shopping Credit will appear as a "Discount" on the invoice emailed to you. Please note that if you cancel your membership, any unused Shopping Credit will expire along with your membership. For example, if you cancel your membership during the Summer season, you will still have access to sales and The Shop until the Summer season ends. Once the Summer season ends, your membership and any unused credits remaining on your account will expire, so make sure you take advantage of your credits before the season ends! You can view your available credit by logging into your FabFitFun account and clicking the My Account tab! Please note that the total amount of Shopping Credit shown on your My Account page may include multiple credit issuances, each with its own expiration date.
