Only apply to clean and dry skin. Do not use with other skin care products. Gently peel off plastic backing slowly and press firmly onto the treatment area and secure all sides of the pad. Keep plastic backing for reuse.
Medical Grade Silicone
To clean, rinse the pad quickly with water and air dry with the adhesive side up. Do not blot or rub. Clean pad as needed, it does not need to be cleaned after every use. After use, return pad to its plastic backing. For best results, wear the pad every day or night for at least 3-12 hours.

A little thicker than I would normally wear. Nice that they are reusable though.
