Three resistance bands

Position the band around the hands, arms, feet, ankles, or legs as appropriate for the exercise. Maintain controlled tension throughout each movement and avoid overstretching the band.

Thermoplastic rubber

Spot clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air-dry completely before storing. Keep away from sharp objects, direct sunlight, and excessive heat. Inspect before each use and discontinue use if damaged.
