Fill no more than two-thirds full with hot but not boiling water. Carefully release excess air, tighten the stopper securely, and check for leaks before placing the bottle inside the cover. Do not apply directly to bare skin or sleep with the bottle in use.

Empty after use and allow the bottle to drain and air-dry completely with the stopper removed. Hand wash the removable cover in cool water with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
