Apply one to two coats to clean, dry, bare nails. For best results, use butter LONDON Nail Foundation Priming Basecoat or butter LONDON Horse Power Nail Rescue Basecoat prior to lacquer application. Follow with butter LONDON Shine UV Topcoat to help prevent nail polish chipping and smudging and to lock in shine. Apply our P.D. Quick Dry Conditioning Drops (not included) to each nail to help reduce dry time.
