Shake before use to blend, as natural products can settle. Use 1-3 pumps, emulsify in hands to get a nice lather, then massage into hair and rinse. We reco a double cleanse to nourish the scalp and strands. Use as often as needed. Avoid eyes and discontinue use if you notice any irritation. Start with 1 pump for fine/short hair, and up to 3 pumps for long/thick hair. You may notice a short period where hair feels oilier, this is totally normal with low lather shampoos.
