In the shower, wet your body and turn off the water. Apply scrub and massage in circular motions for at least a few minutes. Rinse & cleanse skin as usual. Gentle enough for daily use. WARNING: Not for facial use. Only use as directed. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Use a sunscreen daily while using this product and for a week after ceasing. Do not apply to broken skin.
