Lift the seal and remove a wipe. Gently wipe over eyelids, face and neck to cleanse the skin. After use, put it in the trash. (Don't flush! All wipes are heck on plumbing.) Reseal the pack to keep wipes moist. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, stop use and consult a physician.
