Heat Therapy: Microwave for intervals of 30 seconds each time. Do not let the mask touch the inner wall. Therapy session should only last 15-20 minutes. Cold Therapy: Freeze eye mask for at least 6 hours. Therapy session should only last 8-10 minutes.

Wipe surface with damp cloth. Let air dry and place into sealed plastic bag for storage. Do not machine wash.
