Apply serum in the PM to clean, dry eyebrows. Using short strokes, follow the natural shape of your eyebrow, especially on thin, sparse, or over-plucked areas. Re-dip wand into serum before applying to the other eyebrow. Allow 1-2 minutes for the serum to dry. Once satisfied with results, use 2-3 times per week to maintain your look.
